A dealer must have an established UTV retail business with a showroom and vehicles to showcase Clearly Tough windshields and maintain a professional branding representation. Specific dealership requirements depend on showroom size and UTV brands represented.

Dealership Image and Asset Usage Guidelines:

Clearly Tough, Inc. owns various patents, copyrights and trademarks. Clearly Tough retains ownership of this property and the right to control their use. This is for the brand protection and the benefit all our dealer partners too and we actively guard our brand. Below is an outline of our usage policies.

Clearly Tough’s imagery, logo’s, product imagery, copy, descriptions and other marketing collateral is made available for our authorized dealer’s usage in their marketing efforts on their website or in their shop, however, there are specific restrictions and policies for usage, any of which, if are violated, are grounds for immediate termination from our dealership program and/or legal recourse:

Policies and Marketing Collateral Usage:
• Product images (“products” being defined as products that are offered through our dealership program) may be used on your site, social sites, in house or for direct mailing, if used properly as defined solely by Clearly Tough, Inc.
• Product descriptive text may be used on your site, social sites, in house or for direct mailing if used properly as defined solely by Clearly Tough, Inc.
• Other material outside the scope defined above is available on a case by case basis and permissions must be secured in writing.
• We retain the right to sell and market on Amazon, eBay and other online properties and do not allow others to market our products through these sources.
• No one is allowed to “Scrape” information from our websites. (Scraping is a term that is defined by sending out crawlers to our website to view and/or copy information.)
• A copy our company Terms of Service and Privacy & Security are available by clicking on the links in this sentence.
• Any break of policy or unauthorized copying of Clearly Tough copyrights or trademarks may result in immediate termination from our dealership program and/or legal recourse. Nothing herein shall be construed to give the authorized dealers or any other person(s) any right, title or interest in patents, trademarks or copyrighted materials.

Once your application has been approved, we will work with you on payment structure, run a credit check and determine what is necessary to work together.

Can I carry other windshield brands?

Potentially, yes. If you are interested please make a note in your application. We will conduct an analysis of the competitive environment and determine if a multiple brand store is an option in your market.
