What are the best accessories for a brand new UTV?

You just brought home your brand new side by side. You’re going to love it and have many great adventures with it. But you may find that you’d like to make a few additions to your new UTV before it’s really ready to ride. There are so many accessories out there and adding a few will make riding just that much better.

Here are a few accessories that we’ve found to be incredibly useful.

Roof –

These are great in extreme weather conditions. If it is too hot and sunny, or really stormy you’ll be glad you have one.

Windshield –

Keep the wind, dust, and rain out with a windshield. These can also make your ride safer by protecting you from rocks, branches, and other debris. We like full folding windshields. They allow you to use a full, half or no windshield at all quickly and easily. This lets you adjust to riding conditions on the fly.

Skid Plate –

Keep everything nice and protected underneath your UTV. If you’re doing moderate to extreme trail riding, you’ll really need one.

Winch –

These are so practical and can help you get out of tricky situations. Not only can you get yourself out if you’re stuck, you can help others out too.

Mirrors –

Mirrors are an important safety addition. They really help you see everything that is going on around you.

Fire Extinguisher –

Again, very important for safely.

Doors –

If your machine doesn’t come with doors, we’d definitely recommend getting them. They help keep things out of the cab, such as tree branches and other debris. They also keep you warmer in wet and cold conditions.

Tools and Toolbox –

Keep the tools you need to fix your UTV if something goes wrong with you when you’re riding. This could make a big difference for you out on the trail.

Stereo or Sound Bar –

Everything is better with a little music. There are tons of options here, so you should be able to find one that best fits your style and machine.

Light Bars –

These can help with safety for night riding and can also be a lot of fun. It opens up more riding options for you.

Additional Storage Bags –

Maybe not fun, but so useful. And we carry a lot of fun things in our storage bags. You can find all sorts of options for these as well. You can add storage to your machine in the front, rear or in the cab.
